Spinach Artichoke Dip

Ingredients:

2 cups cottage cheese (blended in Ninja blender)

1 cup low fat Greek, plain yogurt

1 can artichoke hearts (not marinated)-chop

1 bag frozen spinach

Cajun seasoning

Instructions:

  1. Mix all ingredients together and put into a baking dish.
  2. Bake at 400 degrees til bubbly.
  3. Enjoy with Nut-Thin crackers or celery sticks.
